Conveyancing Trust Deeds
Conveyancing Trust Deeds sit behind the legal title to the property.
A single owner may be holding the property on trust for himself or herself and another party who, for some reason, may not be able to be a joint owner of the property, ie not on the legal title. Or there may be two owners of the property, but one may have provided the deposit out of his or her own money, and they wish to reflect who has the greater share of the equity in the property.
A simple Trust Deed can reassure both parties that in the event of a sale of the property their intentions in connection with the proceeds of sale will be taken into account.
